Traditional Christmas Set Menu

From casual work break ups to memorable wedding ceremonies and almost everything in between, the unbounded gratification shown by guests is testimony to the Stockyards’ versatility and dexterity.

Menu 1: Two Course Set Menu $25.00 *

Main Course (Served on a 50/50 basis):-

Roast Lamb & gravy

Pan Fried crumbed chicken fillets

Dessert (Served on a 50/50 basis):-

White chocolate & raspberry cheesecake

Sticky Date Pudding w/ caramel sauce

Menu 2: Two Course Set Menu $30.00 *

Main Course (Choice of 2 Served on a 50/50 basis):-

Baked chicken breast & shrimp sc.

Chicken & Pumpkin Lasagne

Marinated lamb slivers on jas rice

Dessert (Served on a 50/50 basis):-

White chocolate & raspberry cheesecake

Sticky Date Pudding w/ caramel sauce

N.B:

Desserts may change from time to time subject to availability.

All desserts will be accompanied by cream and/or ice cream.

All meals served with vegetables unless specifically requested otherwise!

* All meals served using an alternate meal service structure.

Menu 3: Two Course Xmas set menu

$25.00 per adult

$8.00 per child

This menu option is designed for a more intimate family or social Christmas function and so incorporates additional meal options for the kids.

Adults

Main: A selection of hot meats including roast pork, turkey and smoked ham, veiled with a splash of traditional homemade gravy & a dab of applesauce.

Your meal will be complimented by a collection of perfectly roasted vegetables, thus maintaining an authentic traditional Christmas feast.

Dessert: Traditional Christmas (plum) pudding with brandy custard and cream.

Kids

We offer a ½ main serve for the older kids, including a full serve dessert.

Our normal childrens menu applies for the little ones along with the choice of one serve of ice cream & topping, frogs in the pond or snakes on the desert that guarantees to keep ‘em happy for while!

Minimum booking of 10 adults required.

We trust you find our menus appealing and believe, combined with the Stockyards’ natural atmosphere that your function will be a memorable one.

It is impossible for us to provide our complete menu and price structure, as seasonal produce and costs change on regular basis.

NB. To avoid potential embarrassing circumstances, we ask that your party organiser clarify with your transport provider, whose responsibility the driver’s meals & drinks fall.

We also wish to advise, that group function bookings (20 + guests) can only be confirmed via receipt of a $10 per head , non-refundable deposit.
